Annette is the consummate communications and PR executive. 

I had the pleasure of working with Annette during her time at Lort Smith. She was responsible for communications, marketing PR and media for the organisation. During her time, she delivered a communications plan and a brand refresh for the organisation. She is highly skilled in both internal and external communications. 

Annette also delivered some very high quality PR for the organisation through her work with various media outlets. She also worked closely with our Ambassadors to ensure they were updated and engaged appropriately. 

I was particularly impressed by Annette's ability to handle pressure. She remained clam and level headed at all times and met agreed deadlines. Her ability to juggle multiple projects was excellent and made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of the team.

Annette is the consummate professional in Internal Communications. 

Some people see Internal Comms as an extension of External Comms but they are very different orientations and Annette gets this. Although they inform each other.

Annette has the touch of how to bring great messaging to the people who work at NAB while reflecting key messages to the market, shareholders and the public. 

She is authentic, smart and engaging and a great leader.

Annette helped to guide Community West as we began the journey from a strictly not for profit outlook to a more business/social enterprise focussed organisation.

 Her business acumen, stakeholder relationship skills and focus on supporting the team throught this process proved invaluable to us in shaping and refining our offering and approach.
She was able to identify opportunities and crystalise our unqiue offering in short she prepared us well for the first steps on our journey. We wish her well in her return to Melbourne and thank her for her support and leadership. 

Working with Annette I found her to be forward thinking and compassionate in her approach to fostering Corporate Relations. Strategically she offered many ideas and was fun to deal with on a day to day basis. Her understanding of the corporate sponsorship sector maximised opportunities, which resulted in excellent marketing opportunities for our brand.
